In Vibonati we offer from 2010 a rural accomodation of high quality. Destined for conscious travellers who like to discover Southern Italy’s nature and culture in a sustainable way.We live in a small selfcontained ecological farm, where we want to preserve the old knowledge, old seeds and local tastes. Here we have a vegetable garden, an orchard and small livestock (geese, ducks and chickens) and some goats.Our farm used to be an old typical Mediterranean stable for goats. Here wooden barrels were made for the storage of wine. In 2008 it has been restored in an environment friendly way.
We have made environmental friendliness into our special strength. This is our basic thought. You can see it in the way we take the rainwater in, in the making of natural soap, the purifying of wastewater and the recycling of foodwaste. All the things we grow, the wine and the honey we produce are only for our family and our guests. They are wholesome foods without chemical additions.
A part of the farm has been established to accomodate tourists. We have 2 rooms with seaview to be used for bed and breakfast. (eight beds in total) There is a double bed and a bunk bed. A fourth bed can be added if necessary. Each room has its own bathroom. WIFI is available in all rooms and on the terrace. Cars can be parked next to the farm.
In the daytime you can relax on the spacious terrace with panoramic views on the sea and the surrounding forests. It is a quiet and cool place under a grape-covered pergola. From the rooms and the terrace you can also see the centro storico of Vibonati, dating from the Middle Ages and beyond the Thyrrenean Sea. When the weather is clear you can even see the Stromboli volcano and the Eolian Islands. We are surrounded by the high mountains of the South-Italian Appennines.
It is possible to use the small kitchen adjacent to the room. But you can also choose for half-pension with dinner or just breakfast.
When the weather is fine breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace. They are prepared with great care and we only use our own natural and biological products.Breakfast is made the Italian way, but can also be prepared otherwise. Dinner is made in the typical South-Italian way and is prepared according to our gastronomical mediterranean traditions.
In our traditionally-built oven we bake bread, pastries and pizza. We use old grains which are grinded in our own small mill.
Our farm is part of an important area, close to oasi, protected seashores and The National Park. It is an ideal starting point for boattrips, walks or cycletours along the coast or in the mountains. We gladly inform you on the possibilities.
Minimal stay: 2 nights. Bedlinnen and towels are provided and included in the price and so is the (final) cleaning. We give discount on a stay longer than one week.
It is necessary to make a reservation in advance. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is asked at the reservation. The rest of the money is to be payed on arrival.
Check-in time on the day of arrival: from 16.00 -20.00
Check-out time on the day of departure: until 11.00

Price of a room for 2 persons with panoramic terrace and breakfast:
- € 70 a day (from september until july)
- € 90 a day ( july and august)
- € 100 a day in the middle week of august
In all periods:
- third person: € 20 a day extra
- fourth person: € 20 a day extra
- Discount for a stay longer than one week: 10%
- Rent for the small kitchen: € 10 a day. Final kitchen-cleaning: € 10
- Dinner : € 25 per person

Amadeo and Lisa both love to cook and not just for the guests of their Bed and Breakfast.
In their beautiful small scale home restaurant La cucina di Ame(deo)Lì(sa) other people can also enjoy their traditional meals, made of home-grown biological products.
The menu depends on what the farm has to offer, because only fresh products of the season are being used. Therefore it is necessary to make a reservation two days in advance.
