Extra: € 85 for the cleaning (obligatory)
Touristtaxes has to be paid in june july and august during maximum 10 days. The price is € 1,00 per day per person age twelve and up and must be paid at arrival.
It is also possible to rent the house for a shorter period, with a minimum of 3 nights. Then the price is €100 per night, all included for 5 persons. For each person more the price will be € 10 per night. Please note: This option is not possible in the period from July until August .(high season)
In the high season the minimal period of stay is 1 week.
During the winterperiod (november until april) extra costs will be charged for heating depending on use.
The price includes:
- all bed and kitchen linen, towels
- gas, water and electricity
- washing machine
- free WIFI
There are facilities for small children: a bed and a chair.
